- sauna and cold plunge therapy
• massage and bodywork
• contrast therapy
• recovery technologies and wellness equipment
• wellness activations
• wellness events and community gatherings
• memberships and wellness packages
• educational wellness experiences
These services are intended to support general wellness, relaxation, and recovery and are not medical treatments.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing our website, booking services, purchasing memberships, or entering our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Quantum Wellness Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• cold exposure
• dizziness or fainting
• muscle strain
• physical discomfort
By accessing Quantum Wellness Spa facilities or participating in services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation.
5. WELLNESS INCIDENTS & MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
Guests acknowledge that wellness activities involving heat exposure, cold exposure, physical therapies, and recovery modalities may result in unexpected physiological responses including dizziness, fainting, or other medical incidents.
In the event of a medical concern or emergency occurring during participation in services or while on the premises, Quantum Wellness Spa staff may, at their discretion, seek emergency medical assistance.
Guests acknowledge and agree that Quantum Wellness Spa is not responsible for medical decisions made by emergency responders or healthcare providers.
By participating in services or entering the premises, guests consent to emergency assistance being sought if staff reasonably believe such assistance is necessary for the safety of the guest.
6. EMERGING WELLNESS MODALITIES DISCLAIMER
Quantum Wellness Spa may offer innovative or emerging wellness technologies and recovery modalities.
These services are designed to support general wellness and recovery but may involve technologies or practices that are evolving within the wellness industry.
Participation is voluntary and outcomes may vary between individuals. Quantum Wellness Spa makes no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes or performance benefits.
Nothing offered by Quantum Wellness Spa should be interpreted as medical advice or treatment.
7. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY & SELF-ASSESSMENT
Guests acknowledge that they are responsible for assessing their own physical condition before participating in wellness activities.
By participating in services offered by Quantum Wellness Spa, guests represent that they:
- are physically able to participate in the selected activities
• will discontinue participation if discomfort occurs
• accept responsibility for their participation decisions
Quantum staff may provide general wellness guidance but do not provide medical supervision or evaluation.
8. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by staff and posted within the facility.
Quantum Wellness Spa reserves the right to deny or discontinue services if a guest:

• appears intoxicated or impaired
• poses a risk to themselves or others.
9. WELLNESS EQUIPMENT USE
Quantum Wellness Spa provides access to specialized wellness equipment and recovery technologies.
Guests agree to use all equipment in accordance with staff instructions and posted guidelines.
Improper use of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions may increase the risk of injury.
Quantum Wellness Spa shall not be responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.
10. MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Quantum Wellness Spa may offer services through memberships or recurring subscription programs.
By enrolling in a membership or subscription, you authorize Quantum Wellness Spa to charge recurring fees to your designated payment method according to the membership terms provided at enrollment.
Membership billing cycles, cancellation policies, and applicable fees will be disclosed during the signup process.
Members are responsible for managing their membership and cancellation requests in accordance with the policies provided at the time of enrollment.
11. BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
Appointments may require advance booking.
Cancellation and no-show policies will be communicated during the booking process.
Failure to cancel within the required timeframe may result in cancellation fees or forfeiture of services.
Late arrivals may result in shortened services or forfeited appointments.
12. MEDIA RELEASE
By entering Quantum Wellness Spa facilities or attending events, you acknowledge that photography, video recording, or other media capture may occur.
You grant Quantum Wellness Spa the right to capture, reproduce, and use images or recordings that may include your likeness for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
Guests who do not wish to appear in media content must notify staff prior to participation.
13. CREATOR & INFLUENCER CONTENT DISCLAIMER
Quantum Wellness Spa may host creators, influencers, or guests who produce social media content related to their experiences.
Statements, testimonials, or opinions expressed by creators or influencers represent their own views and do not necessarily reflect the views of Quantum Wellness Spa.
Quantum does not guarantee the accuracy of claims made by third parties regarding the benefits or outcomes of wellness experiences.
Guests should not rely on social media content as medical or professional advice.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content and brand materials including logos, graphics, text, photographs, and designs are the intellectual property of Quantum Wellness Spa.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Wellness Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, facilities, or services.
Quantum Wellness Spa’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quantum Wellness Spa, its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• your violation of these Terms

20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Any permitted legal proceedings shall take place in Los Angeles County, California.
21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Quantum Wellness Spa services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, administered by the American Arbitration Association.
The parties waive the right to trial by jury and agree that claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class action.
Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
22. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
